We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, we will do whatever necessary to make it right. Returns of un-worn, unwashed and un-altered merchandise with tags attached are accepted for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase with original receipt. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may choose the carrier of your choice for your return, but it is recommended that you obtain tracking for your package.
We cannot guarantee quantities and sizes for exchanges, but we will issue you a refund or store credit if desired. If the right size in the right style is available, you may use your store credit to purchase that item.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Any promotional sale items can be returned for a refund or store credit if they meet all the return criteria. For hygienic reasons, all sales are final on bathing suits, undergarments, earrings and hair accessories, including hats. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Returns will be processed within 3-6 business days after the item is received. A store credit will be issued to your account in the amount of the price of the returned items minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note: All store credits will expire after one year!
