Returns
Returns of un-worn, unwashed and un-altered merchandise are accepted for store credit ONLY within 14 days of the original purchase with tags attached and original receipt. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may choose the carrier of your choice for your return, but it is recommended that you obtain tracking for your package.

All clearance items are FINAL Sale. Any promotional sale items can be returned for store credit if they meet all the return criteria. For Hygienic reasons, all sales are final on earrings, hair accessories, including hats and socks. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Returns will be processed within 3-6 business days after the item is received. A store credit will be issued to your account in the amount of the price of the returned items minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note: All store credits will expire after one year!
